I think Leo is the only person working here. At first, he was really nice, but after taking my payment, things went downhill!! He started responding slower, and after days of discussing the design, he suddenly informed me that I had to pay extra for the stencil, something I wasn’t told upfront!! The delays were ridiculous. He initially promised a 2-week turnaround, but it turned into 2 freaking months, with excuse after excuse. I know he’s lying. After all the delays, he promised me an extra item as compensation, yet I didn’t even receive one extra piece! The print on the ribbon was also misaligned, and I even had to edit my design to fit their ribbon size, which other companies handle without issue. Avoid working with Leo at all costs. Once he has your payment, his service slows down significantly, and the quality isn’t worth the hassle.
